Electric servo-driven multi-stage press HM-320
A groundbreaking servo electric press, further evolved.
The HM320 is an electric servo-driven multi-stage press designed for the manufacturing of structural components. It achieves a fusion of the highest standards of functionality and technical expertise with high productivity and stable operability. The press drive shaft allows for optimal release sequences and flexible pressure release in all directions. Individual force measurement capabilities enable pressure and decompression based on force or position across all axes. The quick clamp/referencing system ensures safe and rapid die installation, and die exchange is also possible between the company's SP series and the HM320. It is a highly versatile multi-stage press that can be utilized not only for mass production of parts but also as a technological platform for the development of the most complex components. Benefits: • Improved operational rates and productivity, along with reduced operational costs • Extremely low energy consumption • Usable as a mass production and research and development platform for parts • Rapid die exchange via the quick clamp system • Optimal installation footprint • No cooling water required • Benchmark for equipment efficiency • Nearly maintenance-free • Dynamic motion control through servo electric drive during press positioning and decompression
